When you want to deposit on Cardify Casino desktop, go to "wallet" instead of clicking on the deposit button. There, you can instantly see all the current cryptocurrencies supported instantly. Crypto Lists pointed out that there was some UX issues. When users clicked on the deposit button, they could only see cryptocurrencies but not deposit. You had to visit the "wallet" instead to make a deposit. However, this issue is now fixed on the mobile version and we expect that they also listen to our advice and do the same on desktop. During our review, we noted that they support BTC on the Bitcoin network but also on Lightning network, along with Toncoin (TON), Litecoin (LTC), Ethereum (ETH) and BNB on the BSC chain. If you like to deposit with stablecoin, you can use Tether (USDT) on Tron blockchain (TRC 20) or the Ethereum blockchain (ERC 20) or the BSC chain. Cardify also support USDT transfers on the Polygon network and the Tonchain as well. For USD Coin (USDC), you can use the standard Ethereum network (ERC 20), or the Polygon chain or the Binance Smart Chain (BSC).

For Bitcoin (BTC) deposits - there is no information at all about which network to use. That said, it's fairly common knowledge among BTC users that they have to use the Bitcoin network or the Lightning Network (which CARDIFY doesn't support).

The same is true for BNB, but there is mainly one common network option being used for BNB those days so it's more clear. It seems like the deposit will be on the BNB Smart Chain (or BSC as they call it), and that you cannot use the BNB Beacon Chain here for transfers. But it would actually be good to write it out clearly - to make sure that no customers make a mistake and send on the wrong chain by accident.

Just like on Tether (USDT), where you can select between 5 networks it would perhaps be helpful if Cardify had the network written out as Bitcoin network and the BSC network for BNB transfers. Having nothing shown (as it is today) can lead to confusion and lost crypto.

In terms of our own findings we noted that the deposits into Cardify and the withdrawals outward were instant, with the cashed out funds landing back in our wallet as fast as the network allowed. We used USDT through the Tron network.

However, there is no way to deposit - even though you are in the deposit section.

Instead, you have to go to another section of the site called "wallet". In the wallet section, it's actually possible to deposit. Wow, thank god.

Right section? The initial registration process is very simple. All you need to get started is an email address and a password. However, after confirming your email you are encouraged to fill out the your country, currency (all cryptocurrencies are displayed as USD at the moment) and date of birth. Setting a unique username and putting in your full name is optional. This basic personal information isn't enough for us to classify this as non-anonymous or a KYC casino as there's never any documentation needed to be sent in.
