Their slogan doesn't match reality
Earlier, they even had full banners claiming to be anonymous, but that is far from true. Since they, Reels IO updated their graphics a bit, but it should change more to show reality.
They asked us to do a SubSum KYC before being able to deposit. Since we already had an account with this verification provider, they did a face check and I have my ID details saved there since before. So it was a quick story at least and all was done in less than a minute. I even had my passport ready, but didn't have to show it.
After the completed KYC process, I could make the deposit. A few years ago, you only needed to insert a mobile number but now ID and face check is also required. The mobile number and my email was both verified this time. In one way, it was nice to have it done, but why do they keep the no KYC claim when it's not true? For me, no KYC means not any kinds of questions about my identity and no face check.
The second claim, that the payouts are fast can also be questioned. During our test which was done late at night (00:57 AM), we had to wait until 01:24 before the withdrawal arrived.
