About the game
Lightning blackjack follows the European variant of the game. The lightning multiplier is just a side bet of the game. However, it is the bet that gives you between 2x and 5x winnings if you win two consecutive hands. Apart from the fee discussed above, there are no other rules changed from the classic version of the game.
The fee is 100% of your initial bet for each round. After the dealer closes the betting time, the game assigns a multiplier on each hand value for all game rounds, and the same is displayed behind the dealer. There are six multipliers that are assigned at random on hand values as follows: 18, 20, 4-17, 19, 21, & BJ. These multipliers can be something like 2x, 3x, 4x, 5x, 6x & 8x, 2x, 5x, 6x, 8x, 12x & 20x, or even 2x, 5x, 8x, 12x, 15x & 25x. The multiplier you pick determines the strategy you may use.

If you are lucky to beat the dealer, your bet will be paid a 3:2 if it is a blackjack or 1:1 if otherwise. The game will then assign you a multiplier that corresponds to the winning hand value. If the multiplier is already active, you will be paid with the means. Otherwise, it will be carried to the next hand.
Remember, the multiplier becomes active after the hand it was assigned, and you get boosted by the said multiplier up to the value of the initial bet. The remaining amount is then paid out using the standard payout rates. Here is an example: if the initial bet was $20 but the bet where the multiplier is active is $40, you will get the multiplier boost up to $20. If you lose your bet, you lose the lightning fee and your main bet.
